Posters must be mounted for display between 8 and 10 a.m. on Tuesday, 19 at the entrance hall of the UPV Paraninfo auditorium. The posters will be visitable at any moment during the Conference. Each poster panel includes a blank space for writing info, reactions, etc. This space may be used by both visitors and authors. For instance, authors may announce when they will be in the posters room to answer questions or add information to interested participants, while visitors may leave contact info for the authors to contact them.

As said on the ICOM-CC València Conference Guide, all Conference Badges have been sent now! These must be printed and folded following the guide provided with each badge. Once you arrive at the Conference, a lanyard will be provided in order to keep your badge safe.

If you haven’t received or can’t print your personal badge, please note that you will be able to print in once you arrive at the conference!

Preprints are now available to all participants. You have already received an email (at the address you used when registering) with a couple of non-public links. From these links you can download the pdfs of each of the 200+ papers and posters that will be presented at the Conference.

Impromptu meetings (IMs) are an option that has proved hugely popular! Approximately two-thirds of the available timeslots have been booked in a matter of hours: thank you so much for your interest. We are no longer booking IMs, so there is the possibility for participants to book IMs that could be needed during the Conference —this is, that are truly ‘impromptu’!

As announced through the email, the technical visits can no longer be booked online. This allows us to develop maintenance work, and to fine-tune the technical visits on offer. If you wish to book a technical visit you will still be able to do so at the Conference’s Organization stand in the Trade Fair area, in the morning of Tuesday 19.

ICOM-CC Valencia 2023 is around the corner. The online registration is no longer available. At the moment of closing it, we are 876 registered participants from 56 countries (but note that it is still possible to register on-site).

We are working very hard trying to offer a valuable experience, but it is the quantity (and the quality!) of the participants that makes us so confident that Valencia 2023 will be one of the most enjoyable professional meetings in the field of heritage conservation.
