Located in the old Manuel Revert factory, the Textile Museum of the Valencian Community has opened its doors recently. It exposes more than 70 pieces from different origins and entities dating from the 18th century to the present day.

The museum is divided into three spaces: the first one contains the Instruments that are part of the production process;  the second, and the most important, is dedicated to the Elaboration where different looms are exposed; and in the third space, we find the Fabrics that show the resulted samples of the manufacturing process.

On this tour, we will focus on preserving and maintaining the pieces and the historic building that houses them, the works of restoration of the second nave of the old factory that is undergoing nowadays, and the lack of resources, both material and human.

Observations: Please, note that this visit takes place in Ontinyent, outside València. The attendants will be transferred to the place by bus for free. The transfer will last around 1,5 hours.
