The Museo de la Seda de València (València Silk Museum) houses a museum collection, which is in charge of a Scientific Committee.

During this visit you will be able to access the largest and oldest living guild archive in Europe. It contains documentation from the guild of «velluters», but also from the guilds of sailmakers, galoneros, «cinteros», «torcedores», as well as books of minutes, lawsuits and ordinances.

All this documentation is housed in a sealed compartment with the appropriate conditions for its conservation, and allows the history and functioning of the institution to be reconstructed, from its foundation to the present day.
