We will offer you a brief history of the artisan space where the Museo del Artista Fallero de Valencia is located, its development since its inauguration (1993), the criteria for the selection of works and the pieces that make up the collection. 

In the Sketches Room, we will talk about the remodelling work carried out in 2019 and 2020, the first being of greater magnitude as it involved optimising the space, defining the museographic discourse – broken down into different itineraries -, contextualising and enhancing the works in accordance with it; we also have a Temporary Exhibition Room, new lighting and an improvement in the atmosphere and colour.

Regarding works such as El arrastre by Vicente Luna, we will talk about the restoration of groups carried out by IRP-UPV technicians since 2015, highlighting the innovative processes used for the analysis of the state of the pieces and diagnosis in view of the restoration.
