M2 – Sustainable practices at the IPCE

DESCRIPTION:

The Cultural Heritage Institute of Spain (IPCE) is an institution of the Ministry of Culture and Sports whose mission is the investigation, conservation and restoration of the properties that make up the Cultural Heritage.

Attendees will visit the different work areas that make up the Institute of Cultural Heritage of Spain and its internal facilities (restoration and analysis laboratories, deposits, the archive and the library) and exchange experiences and opinions with our professional staff. In addition, throughout the visit, we will approach to the implementation of sustainability in heritage conservation from some experiences developed by the IPCE.

Particular conditions: Attendees must provide their name and ID or passport in advance, in addition to attending the visit with the identity document provided.

The price includes(*)
- Return ticket by train: connection Valencia - Madrid - Valencia
Departure by train from Valencia-Madrid: 13:45h.
Return train from Madrid-València: 20:30h.
- Transfer from the train station to the different venues of the visits in Madrid.
- Technical visit to the Instituto del Patrimonio Cultural de España (IPCE).
- The cost of the technical visit is 97.00 € per person.
- Places will be limited to a maximum of 45 people.
- The deadline for registration for this visit will be 25 July 2023. If a minimum number of 50 participants is not reached by this date, the visits to Madrid will be cancelled and 100% of the cost will be refunded.
- Delegates wishing to book this visit should fill in the registration form for "off-program technical visits", available on the conference website.
- Upon receipt of your confirmed application/registration form, Transvia Business will contact you as soon as possible via email to arrange payment of the full amount of the booking in one instalment.
- Payment will be made via virtual payment gateway (cyberpayment). In order to proceed with this you will receive a link with a duration of 24 hours. Once the process is completed, a receipt will be automatically generated and you will receive the final confirmation of your place via email from the conference organisers.
